We offer a 30-day return policy. The cue must be in its original, unused condition with the chalk-free tip. Please note that custom-made or personalized cues are non-refundable.

Always store your cue in a cool, dry place inside a hard case. Avoid leaning it against walls for long periods and never leave it in a car or near a heat source, as extreme temperature changes cause wood to bend.
Can I request a specific grain pattern for my ash cue?
While wood is a natural product with unique characteristics, you can leave a note during checkout. We will do our best to select a cue that matches your preferred chevron or grain aesthetic from our current stock.
